Estate<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66e47ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"66e47ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<p data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"847\">Montecastelli began in <strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"696\">1993<\/strong> with the purchase of the historic Borgo Montecastelli, an ancient hamlet immersed in the agricultural landscape that still defines our identity today.<\/p><p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"1040\">For <strong data-start=\"853\" data-end=\"865\">11 years<\/strong> I personally worked on the restoration of the historic buildings, carefully recovering their original rural character and bringing the village back to its authentic vocation.<\/p><p data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1340\">In <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1053\">1999<\/strong> I rediscovered the agricultural roots of the territory and planted <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1146\">1,000 new olive trees<\/strong>, one for every year of the village\u2019s history, alongside the <strong data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1240\">300 centuries-old olive trees<\/strong> already present.<br data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1260\" \/>A project that combines architecture, agriculture and respect for the landscape.<\/p><p data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1561\">The restoration process was completed in <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1391\">2005<\/strong> with the creation of <strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1436\">Villa Montecastello<\/strong>, a charming hospitality residence and a reference point for travelers seeking an authentic experience connected to the land.<\/p><p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1818\">In <strong data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1574\">2006<\/strong> we completed the production cycle with the installation of a <strong data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1678\">state-of-the-art Alfa Laval olive mill<\/strong>, allowing us to process our olives directly on the estate while guaranteeing quality, traceability and the enhancement of local production.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montecastelli
