- “Grand Chef’s Class”, scuola di cucina diretta da Chef famosi e magari anche stellati…!
- Cooking Class a tema, scegliendo tra le più tradizionali ricette come pasta fatta fresca, sughi toscani, cacciagione, fino ad arrivare a ricette più particolari usando le erbe aromatiche dei nostri giardini e le verdure di stagione del nostro orto biologico.
Ogni anno organizziamo delle settimane con dei famosi cuochi ed esperti di cucina americani, per insegnare nelle nostre” Tuscan Cooking School Series” dove riscoprono la loro passione per il cibo e si connettono con il popolo che ha ispirato la loro cucina.

“Now Jens calls himself a “cook” but I can tell you first hand that he has the mad skills of a great chef! We cooked some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. Some highlights include artichoke risotto (his no-stir version is inspired), chicken liver crostini (best I’ve ever had), and fish stuffed ravioli in a broth so flavorful it would be perfect on it’s own. We made an Italian version of ceviche with fresh anchovy fillets, and an herb crusted pork tenderloin wrapped in lardo (from his own charcuterie) that was seared then finished in the oven, so delicious! And I can’t forget dessert for our final dinner, a traditional tiramisu that was light and not too sweet. The only difficult thing is having enough room to eat all this amazing food! “- Carlsbad, CA
