The shipment of the package

Packages are generally sent, upon receipt of payment, within 2 working days for immediately available products, instead in 7-10 days for products not immediately available.
Custom or custom-made products will typically ship in 14 days but may take up to 25 days or otherwise with the timelines listed on the product page.

Shipments are entrusted to the Mailbox courier or other courier as appropriate, and are always equipped with a code for correct tracking and signed delivery.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the type of items, customizations and destinations and will always be indicated in the cart and before payment confirmation.
Any ancillary services will be selectable at the time of order confirmation and the related costs will be clearly indicated in the choice.
In case of incorrect address or absence you can request a return to our customer service with a cost of € 20

How to return

Before requesting a return remember that: Only returns are accepted through the Mailbox courier in the same condition as when you received them.

It is not possible to request returns for horticultural products.
To request a return by email within 10 days.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer in case there are no supply errors.
